Terms of use
Last updated
These terms apply when you use clubcamping.co.uk. By using the site, you accept them. The site is run by VW Owners Club trading as Club Camping, Club Camping, Unit 162240, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL.
Information only
Club Camping gives general information about campsites and the places around them. It isn’t advice, and it isn’t an offer from any campsite.
Facts can change
Campsites change their rules, facilities, prices and opening times. We show where each fact came from and when we checked it, but we can’t promise it’s still right. Always confirm anything important with the campsite before you travel, especially dogs, pitch types, access and opening dates.
Distances
Distances are measured in a straight line. The real route will be longer.
Links to other sites
We link to campsites’ websites and other sites. We don’t control them, and we’re not responsible for their content or for anything you buy from them. Some links may be affiliate links, which may earn us a commission. See How we make money.
Our content and data
Campsite and map data from OpenStreetMap is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database Licence. You can reuse that data under that licence. The rest of our content, including our text, design and our own compilation of facts, belongs to us. Please don’t copy it in bulk or scrape the site.
Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site. For example, don’t try to break it, overload it, or get into parts you’re not allowed to.
Our liability
We provide the site free of charge and “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we don’t guarantee that it will be.
As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for loss or damage caused by relying on information on the site, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow that, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
